A tenth-grader at St. George’s, Ahmed Alghamdi joined the school in grade six. He has a variety of interests within and out of school. In school, he is a chess master, GPACS member, and a staff writer for The Creed. Out of school he spends most of his days playing soccer with the Saints First XI or his club team, FC Tigers located in VMSL division one. This year is Ahmed’s first year of journalism, and he is keen to cover many stories for The Creed. His main passion is soccer. Soccer has taken him many places such as Holland, Germany, and Asia. When Ahmed is not playing soccer, he spends his time reading many novels, and spending time with family. Ahmed is always on look for new “Photo of the Day’s” and is extremely excited to write for the Creed this year.
