Othello on English Bay
The Grade 12’s took the afternoon off from school to instead study Shakespeare’s Othello.
Last Friday, September 16th, three grade 12 English classes took the bus to English bay to watch the Bard on the Beach production of “Othello”. The play is curriculum for English 12, however, because of scheduling issues, one English AP class who study “The Tempest” joined the trip. The show ended up being a professional and well put on piece, and was enjoyed by all who attended, including those in the AP class.
