Environmental Science Class Goes Free Range

This morning, Mr. Norm Kaethler led his Environmental Science class to Southlands Heritage Farm, owned by Mr. Jordan Maynard, a St. George’s School alumnus. During the one-hour visit, Mr. Maynard showed students his farm animals, invited them to harvest farm produces, and taught them about sustainable agriculture.
