Richard’s 12 years at this school have cultivated an enduring commitment to honest student voice. Authentic student perspectives are rare and hard to elicit, but Richard tries his best to make his voice heard. Platforming his peers has become his calling at Saints, from scrambling together copy for the Georgian Yearbook to chasing artists for submissions to the Opus. In journalism, he hopes to move beyond coordination and offer a few takes of his own! 

Beyond school, he likes singing (though he mostly sounds lost in liturgical chant) and writing reviews of films he doesn’t really understand. This dilettante can likely be found scrounging through Vancouver for neighbourhood restaurant gems with Calorie Surplus (including Jacky & Eric)—he’s ranked 250+ and counting! Expect dubious opinions on arts, culture, and school life from him!
