St. George’s New Wellness Program

Starting this school year, St. George’s has developed a new wellness program for it’s senior school students. A wellness program sounds very fitting for teenage boys, especially for those who are incredibly sleep deprived, as a good portion can attest to. But, the wellness program goes beyond the sleeping habits of the boys. The program encompasses plans for appropriate nutrition, personal fitness, and the management of stress and anxiety to mention a few. Perhaps this will turn the tide for some students, as this program aims to exterminate poor habits.
