Bright and early on September 14th the Grade 8s arrived at the school to begin their Grade 8 outdoor education experience. Accompanied by Grade 12 volunteers and staff the group would venture to Camp Squeah, just north of Hope, B.C. The camp entailed many team building and leadership developing activities. In addition, the experience also gave the students an opportunity to familiarize with the grads. In many ways, the Grade 8 outdoor education trip marks the start of the Grade 8 students high school experience. The trip gives the students an opportunity to bond with the young men they are spending the next five years with.
