Georgians’ Playing For Canada

Three old boys have been selected to represent their country and play for the U-20 Canadian Rugby team. Mitchell Rothman (’13), Karsten Leitner (’13), and Harjun Gill (’13) all graduated from the school being members of the 1st XV rugby team. In their final season with the 1st XV, they finished second in the province with a heartbreaking loss to the Shawnigan Lake Stags in the 2013 Provincial final.
The U-20 team is coming off a 21-9 win against the U-19 Romanian rugby team on Tuesday, the team has a rematch with the Romanians tonight. Click here for details about tonights match and a live stream for the game.
