Saints Conference: An Umbrella Organization of Model UN
School might have just begun, but Saints Conference has already started on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, with a very serious tone and attitude by its student leaders and its sponsor teachers Ms. Coates and Ms. Konopaki.
As one of its dedicated members, Alvin Tsuei, has clearly defined, Saints Conference is “an umbrella organization of Model UN” which organizes various activities such as debates, and public speaking”.
Essentially, Saints Conference is a club that runs every Tuesday and Wednesday after school. Saints Conference brings a diverse body of students and instills in them skills such as public speaking, debate methods and all issues related to Model UN. It is just one of the many clubs that run at St. George’s that are designed to “build fine young men, one boy at a time.”
