Starting from Monday, May 27th, to Friday, May 31, the St. George’s Book Drive will take place in the both the Junior and Senior School campus! Coordinated by a group of passionate Grade 8s, the Book Drive is an initiative to support the art of literacy by building connections with younger kindergarden students in the Downtown Eastside. Throughout the week, there will be donation boxes located throughout the school, such as the Great Hall and the front entrance, for people to donate books.
All books will be sent to various schools located in Downtown Eastside.
