The ISA swimming meet takes place in Richmond, Watermania on October 16, 2014. It is a competition comprised of many private schools such as Vancouver College, West Point Grey Academy, and etc. For the St. Georges team, only selected swimmers from each grade were allowed to participate in the meet. After the selection of swimmers, only half the swim team went to the meet.
During the meet, the majority of the swimmers created best times while others gave everything they had. The Saints had a lot of swimmers who scored points for the team by placing top 8, and some extraordinary individuals who placed top 3.
In the end, even though every swimmer gave it all they had, West Point Grey Academy beat the Saints by 4 points by bringing their entire team while the Saints only had half of theirs. The swimmers in the meet did a great job and they should be able to dominate the high school regionals meet on October 29, 2014.
