Go Fish!
While British Columbia is world famous for its Salmon and other seafood, few metropolitan Vancouverites ever get the chance to experience fishing in our beautiful province. But thanks to the Summit Club, now you have that opportunity! The Summit Club will be going on its first ever Fishing Trip on the weekend of November 14th and 15th for two jam-packed days of fun on the water. For this exciting new trip, participants will bus up to Alice Lake Provincial Park in Squamish to attempt to reel in the lake’s famed Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, and Cutthroat fish. Students will also camp on the Park’s luxurious car accessible campgrounds. If all of this is not enticing enough, this trip is also FREE for all Senior School students! Those interested in participating should contact the Outdoor Education office as soon as possible to gather all the required forms, and ensure that they do not miss out on this amazing outdoor opportunity.
